docker usage

i tried installing zaf within a docker instance (of monitoringartist/zabbix-xxl:latest). if you run docker exec -it containerid /bin/bash there is no user set, so it will fail about not set USER not being root. it also complains about missing curl even if which curl works. it also does not check the existence of "which" before using it.

Please can you check latest trunk? I tried to repair. Maybe it will be needed to install zaf with parameter ZAF_ISROOT=1 to force root access.
