Removed chimu.moe, added OMDB shortcut, added favicon for Userscript icon

  1. Removed references to chimu.moe since catboy.best has replaced it.
  2. Added a shortcut to https://omdb.nyahh.net on the beatmaps page using the makeMirror function
  3. Added https://osu.ppy.sh/favicon.ico as the icon to help with organizing
  4. Added a no video download button for Mino since the issue making those inaccessible will be fixed soon
