Hi - seems like there is a problem with the links to the documentation on the main page

No the link for "documentation" on this site doesn't work: https://github.com/limix/limix

I wanted to try the eQTL interactive tutorial and it appears to refer to an older version of Limix for the qtl.scan function

Hi @horta. Thanks a lot. Sorry for shaking up things, I was afraid limix had been completely abandoned, which would have been a shame as there isn't really anything to replace it. But believe me I know a few things about trying to maintain software without having the bandwidth to do so. Good luck

Sorry for the long delay. I've allocated the period from 02/06 to 12/06 to work on Limix. Before 01/06 it is unrealistic because of a deadline I have on that day.

Please, don't be afraid to ask me for update on that.

@horta, you may want to at least update the links on the readme to point at that temporary address.

Existing links seem to go to a click farm which has some, uh, not appropriate for work ads 😅.
