I suggest making a form as a message dialog on it put your character/icon or whatever and a procedure to do that

I also changed LoadTgs to tgsFiles := TDirectory.GetFiles(EditPath.Text); tgs:=EditPath.Text+'\'+ ListBox1.Items[ListBox1.ItemIndex]; which is more resnoble and // for tgs in jsonFiles + LottieFiles + tgsFiles do if you want to show...
I think i will drop the check of the main demo and more Now on LogFormUnit; {$include htmlcons.inc} is missing ThtIndyHttpConnector.Create(Self); does not exist? P,S Indy 10 is the defoult...

I do not know who is to blame but running this cod on Microsoft Visual Studio 2019 closed the project without a problem
