Getting FileNotFound error when running the project locally

I'm getting this error when running the project locally even after following the specified installation steps:

FileNotFoundError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: 'config1.ini'

You need to change your configuration in config.ini, Real_File = config1.ini

I'm still getting the same error, even after making the specified changes. I think it is because of the fact that there's no file which exists in the repo
