Single cell deconvolution still not working. New probe filtering causes issues with v5.
Currently it's added in the meta columns, which is messy.
Probably beneficial to annotate all 4 samples from a chip where it makes sense. Especially for smaller samples.
Especially move some code to the sttkit library
