PureCN.pdf filenames

On the Bioconductor PureCN page under the Documentation heading are two links named "PDF" to the PureCN reference document and PureCN user guide. Both links have target filename PureCN.pdf (although different directories), and clicking on them downloads both under the same name (one getting a "(2)" in its name on my Mac to distinguish it). I suggest that you rename one of these files, e.g. "PureCN_Ref.pdf" for the reference manual.
