Add amazon linux template

Description

sometimes I need to check if something works on amazon linux, but I don't want to use an "EC2" instance for that, I think it would be cool to have this template to run a amazon linux locally with lima.

Lima already have a "fedora" template, for some cases it is enough, but thi isn't the real OS running in EC2 instances

Previous attempt to add this was #2537, but it somehow didn't work out. Check the history there to see if the issues still persist.
