sorry for the late reply. Is it a requirement to update them all? I don't use rocky or ol at all, thus I'm not looking up new images for them out of an own motivation. I just noticed that the alma images were outdated and through it would be a nice drive-by contribution. Also, to be honest, I'm personally not interested in promoting either rocky or ol.

I'm on vacation right now so I'm afraid I won't be able to update this in the next days.

Out of curiously: Is there an api to automate this process? I found a way to auto-update fedora images, but it seems like there is no general api to query the latest image versions..

Not yet.

It is not super important, since once you update the image the result will be the same (and it can be done at boot). But it saves bandwidth, not having to download an outdated image with outdated packages only to update it...
