We already collapse currency conversion for payments. We just need to collapse currency conversion within the same account. Reference transaction ID is the same.
Add framework for generation of accounts from the general ledger.
List all changes that have happened to a transaction since it was imported from the primary source: 1. Merged files 2. Deltas 3. Rules
Display a version of each rules file with results annotated in trailing line comments. Add editing via [ace](http://ace.c9.io/).
Pre-process Amazon order and Amazon item CSVs to actually map credit card charges to sets of actual items. The result can be merged during import as a shadow/metadata file.
