can not start this project with webstorm IDE

Describe the bug A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. download the source cirrocumulus-main.zip

2. unzip the package and load into the webstorm IDE

3. install the dependent with command "install i"

4. npm start the project

Expected behavior I want to download the development src code into webstorm to run the single cell data, but it get error. lying below picture
