Songs restarting mid song

Creating this issue to link to https://github.com/navidrome/navidrome/issues/1550. Based on my latest tests, it seems to be a player issue.

I am not a direct user of react-music-player, so I'm having a little trouble to fill in the presented template. Below is my best effort:

Navidrome 0.47.0 I think it uses react-music-player 4.24.2

Description

(See also linked issue) Sometimes the play restarts from the start mid-song. This seems to be related to the on-the-fly transcoding feature of Navidrome, which causes no support for Range:-headers.

Steps

1. Play a non-cached, on-the-fly transcoded song.
2. Get some luck, it doesn't happen all the time
3. Notice that the song restarts mid-song. E.g. it plays fine until 1m30sec, then restarts from the beginning. The UI still counts on to 1m31s, 1m32s, and end at 4m30s for a 3m song.

Song sometimes restarts mid-song. Usually somewhere between 1min and 2min in the song.
