8k monitor support

Tool doesn't work in the expected way on 8K monitors with DPI scaling set to 500%. Messages are not received. 7680x4320 resolution, 500% DPI scaling 64 bit version of windows detective was run as admin. The process too was 64 bit. image Issue goes away on switching to 4k resolution (4096x2160 300% scaling). image
