Quality of video shoulde be persistent

Thank you for this software, it has been helpful.

I want to suggest that setting the quality of video and also resolution should be persistent , therefore it should exist in preferences. I want my recordings to be of a particular quality/resolution and size, I don't want to be setting it every time I record.
