Feature Request: Have presenter camera already on the screen when starting screen recording

The current behaviour/steps are to start the recording, enable camera/presenter from the Menu Bar, then move the presenter view bubble into position etc all while already recording.

A good feature would be to able to load up and position the presenter camera bubble before starting recordings.
