Having trouble with replacing file

Open gluglu02 opened this issue 2 years ago • 3 comments

Hello there! It's my first time downloading sth like this on Mac so I kinda get struggle. I wanna ask if it is correct that the file replacing the "CLIP STUDIO PAINT" is from the Releases. Because when I unzip that file from Releases, it's only another "CLIP STUDIO PAINT" file there, so I want to ask if it's correct if I replace by that file. Cause when I replace it, I can't open csp and it gets an error

Btw, thank you so much for this <3

That's right, just use the decompressed file to replace it.

Thanks for replying!

Actually, I followed the steps exactly according to the instructions and tried many times with older versions before. But unfortunately, it still doesn't work. With the latest version you updated, the app is always on the loading screen every time I click on it, which makes the app inaccessible.

Probably due to incompatibility with recent csp updates, I think so. Anyways, thanks for your hard work all the time, hope for the new latest update from you <33

This patch has a strict correspondence. Each patch only corresponds to one CSP version. It is possible that your CSP version does not match the patch, which causes the problem.
