trigger when temperature at certain point

I like to charge my crafty when it is cool - the problem is that this is an manual task at the moment. I could imagine this app to trigger some event when the temperature reaches a certain point and then switch on some plug with the charger ( e.g. the edimax I have here ) but should be general - some If this then that like integration
