"Continuous reading" can also be understood as having all the content on one page. If you are interested in implementing this, a way in which it could be done would be through transclusion linking all the sections so that they are seen as one but without creating redundant content. Looking for a bit I discovered that Hercule allows to do this (although it is in Javascript and I do not know how much it can be integrated into the application). Eventually it could also close #64.
