Please rebuild (submit to F-Droid) the app to include the Radiotelephony Spelling Alphabet in the Signaling chapter.

Cool idea, I might add that to my e-book version alongside the Morse code chart.

Done. I've added the Morse code, it doesn't take much space. Though if space is an issue the em dashes (—) could be replaced with the shorter en dashes (–) instead.

You might want to replace asterisks around some syllables with some proper formatting like bold or italic. That is how markdown renders them (check the above link).
