Whu doesn't ."\katago runselfplayinittests" accept "-model .\kata1-b18c384nbt-s7529928448-d3667707199.bin.gz"?

When i run " .\katago runselfplayinittests -model .\kata1-b18c384nbt-s7529928448-d3667707199.bin.gz" on katago 1.13 it fails with "Must supply exactly one argument: MODEL_FILE"

Remove the "-model" from the command line, and it should fix you.

Then why .\katago benchmark kata1-b18c384nbt-s7529928448-d3667707199.bin.gz fails with PARSE ERROR: Argument: .\kata1-b18c384nbt-s7529928448-d3667707199.bin.gz Couldn't find match for argument ?

Because the different subcommands have different argument requirements.
