Solving special problems
There is a game platform in China called Yikeweiqi. There is a level-breaking game on this platform. In some levels of this game, the ai of Yikeweiqi will definitely capture if it can capture. Does katago have a function to solve such problems? If not, is it easy to achieve?

Do you mean the life & death exercises which are classified into different levels, according to the difficulties?
If you press alt and left click on the lizzie to specify the area, it's possible at some level.
Actually, there is no algorithm to find out all dead or alive stings. But as far as I know, katago can do it in almost all cases. You just simply use the gtp command “final_status_list dead”. Katago will help you find out all dead strings.

In this situation, the AI in Yikeweiqi will always play A3.
@skkmg Maybe I understand you. If a move is a capture, YIKE will always do the move, even it is a absolutely wrong move. You don't need to worry about KataGo, its moves will win games, not capture stones.
