Details

After a long wait, few git reflogs, one broken PR, cherry picking, and a tiny bit of procrastination, it's finally here. Localization! Weblate coming soon. Hopefully.

Changes proposed

Make everything use translation keys
Switch the Humanizer version we use to have it support all languages
LocalizationManager and stuff
InnerTube will use the language's default parameter for its hl parameter
