[Feature Request] add support for svgs

it'd be great if catppuccinifier supported svgs. i wrote a little js script to do it for now but it's not blazingly fast :rocket: :crab:

normally i'd write the feature myself and submit a pr but i am too mentally exhausted to do that right now. maybe tomorrow?
