Make --datadir to support relative paths

Description

Running:

lightchain run --datadir=~/.ls_sirius

doesn't work. An absolute path must be used:

/Users/enchanterio/.ls_sirius

Steps to resolve

  • Lightchain should support relative paths as well for all options but especially for the main --datadir option
