Calculator Connecting But No Files Shown

Calculator: TI Nspire CX II CAS Calculator Version: 6.0.3.374 Operating System: macOS N-Link Version: 0.1.6

Issue: I can successfully connect my calculator to nlink, but I am unable to view files. Any solutions?

Below is a screenshot of nlink window. The calculator connects, but it does not show anything in the middle panel. Screenshot 2024-01-25 at 3 22 46 PM
