Marking things achieved unnecccessarily complex

STR Create an outcome - add text but nothing else do whatever is required To mark the outcome as Achived, you have to first move it from Uncertain to small.

a: its non obvious - I couldnt figure out why I couldn't mark it Achieved b: why do I even need to click into the dialog, on most apps list this I would be able to mark a task done from the map or from the table directly as its the 2nd most common thing to do to a task/outcome (after typing in a line of text to create it).

my impression after a couple of hours is that the designers of the UX have a strong idea about the one correct way to manage projects and are forcing users to flow through that process, this contrasts for example with Asana which I've used with various teams who have been able to make Asana match their way of working rather than the other way around

You could simply delete the card. Unless achieving the card is something that you really want to do. When you open a card on the bottom right under Actions you can select Archive. Or you can select multiple cards and archive them all at the bottom (there is a little popup) although it would be good if the archive button would become visible when you select a card.

Achieving the card is exactly what you want to do - as a subtask of the task its underneath its important to show that you identified the need to do something and then did it, its probably the most common thing done in projects which have a lot of small tasks (calls to make etc), and its prettty hard to do in Acorn (compared to Asana,(or even any mindmap tool that has task management).

I have not updated to version 3.0.0. Can you now access archived cards? Because in the documentation it still says that you can't.
