Deleting cards in mass is very slow

Overview

When I delete a card it takes a moment to delete it. When I delete multiple cards this process gets even slower and CPU intensive.

Windows 10 Version 21H2 Is fairly slow and is very CPU intensive. Acorn stopped deleting cards at some point and get's stuck. The project then get's queued for sync and you have to close and open Acorn for it to load (Which can be made into its own issue).

Selecting cards takes a long time when shift dragging with multiple cards already selected.

MacOS Monterey 12.5 Creates and Deletes cards much faster than windows (my computer) but still has the delay between cards. Does not use as much CPU. Acorn stopped deleting cards at some point and gets stuck. The project then get's queued for sync and you have to close and open Acorn for it to load.
