Loop IN - Onchain ok, Offchain invoice „Open“

Hello, today in the Morning I started a Loop In. It was Not the First at all and not the First today.

Now the Offchain Payment Stuck in Open. State settled is Not Starting. In LNDg I saw several times unsettled Liquidity for the amount, but it cancels Since then. Onchain the funds are also transfered

I dont know where the Problem is or what I can do

Hi @mark0st83

Your on-chain htlc (https://mempool.space/address/bc1qry3amlepuwk0cl79wkptks39jucrel4rlsrg6pawatne0pa70c5qu5n0kd) hasn't been swept by the server yet. It actually cannot sweep it if the off-chain payment to your invoice fails since the server needs the swap preimage which is only revealed by your client if the the swap goes through (meaning the off-chain payment to your node succeeds).

The server will attempt to pay the invoice multiple times until timeout and if unsuccessful, your loopd will sweep back your funds to your wallet.

But what is the Reason for the failed payment. As I said, I saw multiple times Pending HTLCs with the amount of 2,5-3M Sat with the Hash Look in LNDg. But they the HTLCs disappear and nothing else happend.

what can I do for this problem
