Add warning for potential unprofitable lease

Akin to https://github.com/lightninglabs/pool/issues/266

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. It is possible for the user to accidentially make an unprofitable lease.

Describe the solution you'd like It would be nice for the user if a warning showed if the user was making an Ask that has the potential to be unprofitable on the opening of the channel.

Good suggestion. Now that https://github.com/lightninglabs/pool/pull/252 has been shipped in Pool v0.5.0, this is now possible to do in the UI along with displaying a more detailed breakdown of fees.
