Connection timeout

I'm receiving connection timeouts when attempting to use this testnet node:

CMGR: Failed to connect to 159.203.125.125:18333 (reqid 1): dial tcp 159.203.125.125:18333: connect: connection timed out
CMGR: Retrying connection to 159.203.125.125:18333 (reqid 1) in 5s
CMGR: Attempting to connect to 159.203.125.125:18333 (reqid 1)
CMGR: Failed to connect to 159.203.125.125:18333 (reqid 1): dial tcp 159.203.125.125:18333: connect: connection timed out

Is the node up and healthy?

Healthy I don't know, but it's working for me, can you give more details about you try?

I am also facing this problem now.I directly access faucet.lightning.community no problem。But I can't ping this one
