Inconsistent copy in loading spinner

User report: loading spinner says few seconds, main copy says few minutes (inconsistent).

It seems like the intention here is to show a "Loading network..." message if less that 50% synced, "Almost done..." if more than 50% but less that 95% synced and "Just a few seconds..." if more that 95% synced.

It makes sense to show a "Just a few seconds..." message if you are more that 95% synced as it's probably actually going to take you just a few seconds at this stage unless your internet connection is really slow.

For me, however, I saw it get stuck at the >95% stage for a while and never saw the "Almost done..." message at all which strange. See screenshots below:
