Caused by lnd issue: https://github.com/lightningnetwork/lnd/issues/3270

Unfortunately, after the fix syncing will not be the same as before, because getinfo's bestHeaderTimestamp will equal the timestamp of the genesis block until neutrino is fully synced. So we won't be able to use the timestamp to calculate progress anymore.
