Creating an invoice fails on keyboards w/ comma decimal separator

User report:

"Seems that creating an invoice doesn’t work on a keyboard that uses a comma as a decimal separator. I live in Denmark and I’ve seen this on other apps expecting a period."

I can't get the app to use the comma decimal-separator keyboard from the US even when I switch keyboards. @tanx let me know if you can repro this.

On looking further this could be related to no inbound capacity on the channel but it's hard for me to be sure
