Clarify that seed phrase backup only includes on-chain funds and not channel funds

Description

Some users are confused (understandably) that the seed backup only encompasses on chain-funds, and doesn't include channel funds (which requires the SCB). I believe this is particularly likely to happen when users are migrating from existing lnd-based wallets.

Suggestion

In the design for the seed backup and verification flow, make it clear that the seed backup is only for on-chain funds and that channel funds can only be backed up via SCB.
