Can't make payment if invoice doesn't have amount

Description

If an invoice doesn't have an amount the "Lightning Payment" screen displays "$0.00" and doesn't allow the user to specify an amount.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

Navigate browser to tip invoice https://tiphub.io/user/2075161822/tip Select anonymous button. Open wallet w/ funded channels. Select "Pay". Choose "Scan". Scan tip invoice. On "Lightning Payment" screen there is no way to edit amount.

Expected behavior

Should be able to set amount if it is 0.00

Actual behavior

Cannot set amount.

Completely agree with the report. Also there is not way to input amount in BTC, only in fiat.

See this similar Issue created by @Roasbeef back in February, looks like it's on the ToDo list. I agree that it would be very useful!
