Backup plugin no updated install guide

I noticed a week ago, requirements.txt was removed from the backup plugin's directory and the commit messages said you moved to 'poetry' as the new package manager. However there's no updated install instructions and the README still says to use pip and requirements.txt. Would appreciate a little update here.
