Remove Code of Conduct

Remove the code of conduct as it is fully deceptive.

Re: "joint autorship & open source" I mean my words last time - A case did happen with Linux in Germany in 2018 (link).

There is no ground for the ban of my account from the repository by Matt. He knows it and that's why he's reacting like an angry Reddit moderator, whose only train of actions is to click again and again on a Github button. That time I didn't receive a notification or words about the coc infringement, because he's not even able to withstand the wording of the coc he has himself written. Clicking on a GitHub button repeatedly I can do it too !

Think about it, this has been since 2022 I've been in feud with Block Inc for that bullshit with code of conduct. We talk about a big NYSE-listed US company with of course an army of attorneys to run their operations. In 3 years, none of their lawyers have dare to reach out to me to make that circus cease.

Why ? For a simple reason, they know on the legal ground it's about who is holding its words and who is not. Silence is fully speaking and I think it's fully speaking too in the eyes of the community.

Putting the coc on the side until that is resolved, one way or another.

This Github pull request is stamped in the bitcoin blockchain as it's a judicial evidence in some juridictions
