Make QR view customizable

The QR code view is pretty basic since it comes straight from https://github.com/chill117/passport-lnurl-auth. Building customization support into the lib would allow people who want to use this in production to style the login flow according to their wishes. That would certainly make adoption for real world products a bit easier.
