Description

Enable users to schedule prompts based on certain conditions, like anomaly detection in key metrics.

What problem does this solve?

Users want to monitor metrics proactively without being overwhelmed by routine updates. Currently, scheduled summaries deliver on a fixed schedule regardless of whether anything noteworthy happened
