Ephemeral tables aren't supported

Describe the bug

If I create ephemeral tables, they show in Lightdash but show a warning on them saying "cannot find field X ..."

This happens because we try to automatically determine column types from the information schema. Some options

• Document that users must supply dimension types manually
• Not show ephemeral tables by default
• run a query to determine the shape of the data
