I should not be able to deploy a model with duplicate metric names

Description

If user copies and pastes a metric definition from one field to other fields without renaming the metrics, the first metric definition takes precedence. The validator does not flag the duplicate metric names, causing only the first defined metric to be displayed in the UI.

Either the model should not be deployable with duplicate metric names, or the validator should catch this issue before deployment (or both!)
