Release 2.1.5

https://github.com/lightbody/browsermob-proxy/releases still lists 2.1.4 (over a year old) as the most recent release and http://bmp.lightbody.net/ still references 2.1.4 - though, it looks like a 2.1.5 was released or partially released back in Sept. 2017. Is the Sep 10, 2017 release good to go? Or was there some reason it wasn't tagged the latest release + release notes in the project? Thanks!

I am also curious of the answer for this question. I am attempting to build version 2.1.5, but I am having difficulties on my Mac. I am having issues with 2.1.4 running. As a result, I assumed I should just use 2.1.5, but I have yet to have any luck.
