Cleanup FakeXyz code

https://github.com/lightbend/ssl-config/pull/125 introduced a few improvements on the FakeXyz tools for SSL testing but also introduced some duplication.

FakeTools and Fake*KeyStore may change in the future but once stable we should refactor them, improve the maintainability and API, and remove duplication.
