TOC and "on this page" issues in Firefox, and IE

On Firefox and IE, any titles that break across more than one line in the main TOC or the left side "On this page" section have too much spacing between lines, making them hard to read and appearing to be more than one page. See the Enterprise Suite "Installation Instructions" entry in the following screen shots. It appears to be fixed in Chrome, see the last shot.

I wonder if this comes from the paradox default theme or if it isn't rather the Lightbend theme (https://github.com/lightbend/paradox-theme-lightbend ), probably rather easy for someone handy with CSS to style in a better way (the line-height attribute perhaps?)

Thanks for looking into that @jonas That's weird, I think it looks better without that extra line height.
