package with only kalix required proto files

It would be handy if an npm package with only kalix required proto files and not the whole kalix-javascript-sdk where available from a binary repository. This is useful for example when generating GraphQL schema to go UI<->GraphQLMesh<->gRPC, which requires not only the developer's specific API protos, but also their dependencies (see slack). Currently, in order to resolve this, the user has to manipulate zip files in order to produce the correct packaging, writing scripts along the lines of (see slack):
