Add support for init containers

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. For different CI/CD reasons (database migration, secret management) we need to implement using of Init Containers for all type of streamlets.

Is your feature request related to a specific runtime of cloudflow or applicable for all runtimes? All runtimes.

Describe the solution you'd like Add to configuration model a set of parameters for init container: image, command, args and etc.

@jenoOvchi we are not actively working in this right now (other priorities), of course we happily accept contributions for this :-)
