Expand "Hide Join", "Hide Clip", "Hide Thanks" "Show full sub-counts" to all languages

Just a idea I came up with.

Also, make the subscribe counter compatible language wide, and make the counter move left of the subscribe button depending on the language.

This isn't really feasible with how things currently are. The watch page would need to be significantly reworked, which I might end up doing, but I'm not sure how I should go about it yet, or if I'm even going to do it.
