Does it have support dotnet watch?

I been reading the description that the library compile assets to memory at runtime, which i what i looking for. I didn't much look into the code base for deep dive study of your library yet, so I don't have mush knowledge of the internal working of this library.

But for development propose, does WebOptimizer support dotnet watch?
