Files starting with ZERO WIDTH NO-BREAK SPACE

For some reason, the Azure Minify extension adds a Unicode ZERO WIDTH NO-BREAK SPACE in our minified files. That might be no issue if these files are requested via HTTP. However, they are a problem once directly included into the HTML code.
