Good day,

I access GateOne over a satellite link. I keep getting the message "A keep alive ping has timed out... Trying to reconnect...". Latency over this link can be up to 3000ms and it's to be expected to have many RTO from PING. Would it be possible to extend the keep alive session or anything else that might help out. I feel that the app revolves in a loop and does not finish loading and when getting that keep alive ping has timed out it starts from scratch.

Any way to make the app more resilient to high latency ? Over a terrestrial link the app works fine but over satellite it's unusable.
